Home Pickup & Delivery

Schedule A Pick Up

  • We offer Free Pickup & Delivery, Monday (Renton & Newcastle) & Tuesday (Bellevue).
  • We will deliver your order back within 5 business days after we pick up your order. If we pick up on Monday it will be dropped off the following Monday. If we pick up on Tuesday it will be dropped off on the following Tuesday.

Turnaround Time

  • Same day service in by 10AM out by 4PM is available for a RUSH fee. General turnaround time is 3-4 business days, 5 business days for household items, and 4-7 business days for alterations.
  • However, there are times when items need special attention and may require more time.
  • Please alert us if a quicker turnaround time is needed and we will do our best to accommodate.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Delivery Days: Monday & Tuesday
  • Same Day Service: Must be in store by 10:00 AM
