TERMS


1. Holder(s) of account accept full responsibility for all charges made to this account, according to the instructions set forth above. Instructions may be changed by providing written notice to CLASSIC CLEANERS but will be recognized only upon receipt of signed notice.


2. When one holder of a joint account wishes to cancel joint status, signed instructions must be submitted to CLASSIC CLEANERS. Upon receipt of such instructions from wither party, the joint account will be canceled. Separate accounts may then be opened by both parties pursuant to their good credit standing and upon written application for an individual account.


3. Holder(s) of this account agree to pay all collection or legal fees required to collect payment on delinquent accounts.


4. Submission of this credit application authorizes CLASSIC CLEANERS to verify all information provided by applicant(s).


5. 18% annual finance charge on past due accounts.


6. All charges will be billed to your credit card at the end of the month.


CONDITIONS


WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FR ARTICLES NOT CLAIMED. UNCLAIMED GARMENTS WILL BE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS.


We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our option, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual articles. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are bot readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, and sequins.



GARMENT PROTECTION POLICY


Despite our best efforts to identify problem garments when you drop them off at our store, Classic Cleaners cannot assume responsibility for garments that have inherent manufacturer defects or weaknesses. These defects may include improper care label, improperly set dyes during manufacturing, component of the garment not able to withstand the manufacture recommended cleaning method (appliqué, buttons, buckles, zippers, leather/vinyl trim, belts, beads and sequins.


Issues must be reported by called the store where the items were picked up at within 14 days of the due date on your order. Classic Cleaners does not assume responsibility for damaged or missing items beyond this time period. If in our assessment we are responsible for a damaged or missing item, you will be reimbursed the lesser of: 1) 10 times the cleaning cost of the item, or 2) the depreciated value of the items according to the International Fabricate Institute.
